Terms & Conditions

1. The service call will only be confirmed once proof of payment is received. Email Proof of payment to [email protected] (EFT Only)
2. Our standard callout fee is R450 ex VAT. Any callout within a 75km radius will be billed at an additional R200 ex VAT per hour.
   
3. The callout fee covers the first 1 and a half hours on site, there after a fee of R350 ex VAT will be charged.
4. Callout fee does not include the supply and installation of any new equipment.
5. Service calls will be confirmed within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday). Service calls requested on Friday will be attended to on the following Monday.
   
6. The callout fee is non-refundable unless cancellation is submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to scheduled callout.
7. Call outs will be attended to from 9am until 6pm. should there be any reason why we cannot attend a callout, you’ll be informed prior to the scheduled time.
8. Should the appointment not be rescheduled or cancelled for this reason, a full refund will be issued.
